ALLSURG instruments are manufactured as per the guidelines and standards set by the international forum. And because of the Ergonomic designs and lightweight materials provides maximum comfort while using.
- Handles of all hand instruments are made from 18/8 stainless steel(austenitic grade) as there is no hardening required in the handles of the instruments. This grade of stainless steel is having very high resistance to corrosion and comes in different diameters for better holding which allows fatigueless working by the professionals.
- Working tips of hand instruments are prepared from French and German stainless steels with grades AISI 410, AISI420, AND AISI 440 as per the need of sharpness ,with induction hardening which ranges from 50 to 58 HRC. These working tips are manufactured with modern and advanced CNC machines for better accuracy.
- Products like impression trays and instrument cassettes are prepared with 304 austenitic steels with ultra modern fibre laser cutting machines for full accuracy and are without welding which makes these products rust free lifetime.
- Extraction forceps are made from AISI410 martensitic German stainless steel with drop forging methods. And color coatings are done with aluminium-titanium nitride(AlTiN) which provides non sticky surface for blood and make the instrument rust free lifetime.
- The tips of the elevators are also made from AISI420 martensitic steel with drop forging method and with proper hardness and handles with 304 non-magnetic steels.
- The tips of hand instruments like composite instruments are coated with aluminium-titanium nitride(AlTiN) which makes these instruments corrosion resistance.
- Tungsten carbide tips are inserted in T.C instruments for the lifetime cutting and holding quality as the tungsten carbide is very hard metal.
